Womb- centered care for every stage of a woman's life

Traditional Wisdom | Holistic Care | Women's Wellbeing

Grounded in Earth, guided by the moon, remembered through the womb

Remarkspray1.jpg

A space for women's wellbeing

A woman’s journey is filled with different seasons, changes and transitions. From our first moon through fertility, pregnancy, birth, motherhood and menopause, our bodies carry us through so many experiences.

Some are beautiful and transformative, while others can bring challenges, grief, loss or experiences that stay with us long after they have passed.

I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels heard, supported and cared for, whatever stage of life she may be in.

My approach brings together traditional womb wisdom, Tul’ix practice, Ayurvedic principles and holistic bodywork, honouring the connection between our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Whether you are seeking support with your womb health, navigating fertility or pregnancy, healing after miscarriage or birth trauma, finding your way through postpartum, or simply wanting to reconnect with your body, I welcome you.

Discover Tul'ix Indigenous Art

Tul’ix carries the ancestral knowledge and traditions of the Maya, with practices of womb care passed down through generations. It honours the connection between the womb, the body, nature and our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Through gentle abdominal and sacral massage, Tul’ix focuses on the position of the abdominal and pelvic organs and the five flows within the body, supporting circulation and a deeper connection with ourselves.

More than an abdominal massage, each session offers a space to receive nurturing care and reconnect with your body.

Through this work, I offer support for women’s reproductive and pelvic wellbeing through all stages of life, from the first moon and menstrual years to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

Each session can also include a spiritual bath ritual with water, plants and prayer, creating a sacred space for emotional release, healing and spiritual renewal.

A gentle invitation to reconnect with your womb, your body and youself

AboutMe.jpg

"The sacred space is where life begins, where dreams are nurtured, and where the power of creation have infinite potential."

First of all, I would like to say thank you for being here!

I am Pascale, a mother, a partner, a soul sister and a birthkeeper.

I am a passionate advocate for women's health, holistic therapies and ancient healing modalities. My purpose is to support women to reclaim their womb wisdom and to help them connect with their feminine energy, creating a more meaningful life and fulfilling their soul desire.

For as long as I can remember, I've had a strong interest in spirituality and a desire to support women in a more meaningful way. Since my early twenties, I've explored different holistic approaches and ways to deepen my intuition.

After giving birth to my son in 2020, I realized that there were so many things I wish I had been taught to support my body and wellbeing during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.  I was then seeking a holistic and effective way to heal my postnatal body when I found Tul’ix Indigenous Art Therapy. This modality helped me recover on so many levels and beyond my expectations.  I felt totally in love with it, and I wanted to bring it to the women in my community.

With over 12 years of experience in holistic healing practices, massage therapy, body work and beauty therapy, I am now a certified Tul'ix Indigenous Art Practitioner, an Ayurdoula and a certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage Therapist.

I invite you to connect with me. It will be an honor to support you on your journey.
